Carolyn (Spears) Metcalf

Carolyn Metcalf, 55, of Indianapolis passed away on Friday, February 2, 2018 at home surrounded by her loving family. She was born on May 1st, 1962 in Glasco, KY to Harlan Spears and Shirley Spradlin.

Carolyn enjoyed the outdoors and reupholstering furniture in her spare time. Above all she enjoyed spending time with her family of whom she loved.

She is survived by her mother, Shirley Spradlin; her two daughters, Candice and Courtney Blackwood; her two brothers, Robert Spears and Billy Ray Blair; her three sisters, Teresa Cantrell, Patricia Welch and Carilla McCord; her four grandchildren, Phelynn, Colten, Calina and Phoenix. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family and close friends.

She was preceded in death by her father, Harlan Spears; her husband, Adron Metcalf; and her brother, Wayne Spears.
