Celeste Marroquin, 30, of Indianapolis, passed away on Saturday, January 13, 2018 from complications in an automobile accident after hitting a patch of black ice.  She was born on April 3, 1987 in Indianapolis to Carlos R. and Beatriz (Arenas) Marroquin. 

She loved her family and friends but most especially her two daughters, Annessa and A’Miyah Grace.  She had a heart of gold and was a “daddy’s girl.”  Celeste was an avid Colts fan and enjoyed country music, especially in the summer with her sister, Cristina, at the Klispsh Music Center. 

Survivors include her two beloved daughters, Annessa and A’Miyah Grace; fiancé, Derrick Jethroe; parents, Carlos R. and Beatriz Marroquin; twin brother, Tomas and older brother Carlos; sisters, Sonia, Guadalupe and Cristina; and three nieces and thirteen nephews. 

Family and friends will gather on Thursday, January 18, 2018 from 4 to 8 p.m. in Lauck & Veldhof Funeral Home, 1458 S. Meridian St., Indianapolis.  Funeral services will be held on Friday, January 19 at 11 a.m. in Templo Betel, 1741 S. Luther St., Indianapolis with one hour of visitation prior to the service.  Burial will follow in Concordia Cemetery.
