Henry D. “Hank” Bantz, 68, of Indianapolis, passed away on Saturday, May 13, 2017.  He was born on June 2, 1948 to the late Myron and Lavada (Boots) Bantz in Albany, Indiana. 

Hank was a graduate of DeSoto High School in Delaware County and worked for Hoosier Penn for many years.  He was a sports enthusiast and loved the L.A. Dodgers. 

Survivors include his loving wife of 23 years, Linda K. (Leigh) Bantz; step-sons, Tim Courtney (Tammy) and Jimmy Courtney (Angie); and grandson, Chris Courtney.  He was preceded in death by his parents; and brother, Jerry Bantz. 

Family and friends will gather on Friday, May 19, 2017 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. in Lauck & Veldhof Funeral & Cremation Services, 1458 S. Meridian St., funeral services will follow at 2 p.m. and conclude with burial in Concordia Cemetery.
