Carolyn Rackemann Obituary

Carolyn Sue Rackemann, age 57, of Indianapolis and formerly of Florida, passed away on Tuesday, July 9, 2019. She was born on April 6, 1962 in Indianapolis to Violet “Bonnie” L. (Wallace) Collins and Wilfred H. Rackemann.

She was an active member of the Apostolic Pentacostal Church in Florida. Carolyn had many friends on Ancestry.com and she loved to read; most especially, history. She also enjoyed spending her time crocheting.

Survivors include her loving mother, Violet “Bonnie” Collins (Charles); children, Brad Butler (Erika) and Desiree Dellaperuta (Nick); sisters, Janet Moreno and Crystal Rackemann; brother, Don LaRussa (Pamela); and grandchildren, Brayden Drake and Karcher Butler.

She was preceded in death by her father, Wilford H. Rackemann; and brothers, Bill Rackemann and Kenny Stephens.

Services will be held at a later time.
