Charles Wesley Eacret, Jr., 68, of Indianapolis, passed away on Monday, July 31, 2017. He was born on September 25, 1948 in Indianapolis, IN to the late Charles and Thelma Eacret.

He provided for his family by working as a truck driver for many years. He was a huge life long fan of Indy car racing and Formula One. He enjoyed hanging out with family and friends and was always at social functions. He was known for his sense of humor and will be remembered for his infectious smile and unmistakable laugh.

He is survived by his two sons, Travis Eacret (Paula) and Brent Eacret; his two daughters, Leah Kelly (Steve) and Carly Eacret; his one brother, Ken Eacret; his three sisters, Elaine Roll, Joann “Jody” Thompson and Kathy Eacret. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, Lillian, Ethan, Wesley, Eden, Jessica, Ryan, Kingston, Emerson, Adelynn and Jaxson. Aside from his loving parents his is preceded in death by his sister, Phyllis Adam.

A funeral service will be held at 4:00PM on Saturday, August 5, 2017 in Lauck & Veldhof Funeral & Cremation Services ( 1458 South Meridian Street, Indianapolis, IN 46225) with a visitation held from 1:00PM until the time of service on Saturday.
