Charles N. Herron, 90, of Mooresville, passed away on Monday, December 11, 2017 at Plainfield Healthcare.  He was born on July 15, 1927 in Indianapolis to the late Charles Edward and Clara (Turner) Herron.  He was a proud veteran of WWII.  Survivors include his brother, Ned Herron; sister, Linda (Marvin) Ward; two sons, Steven (Cathy) Herron and Nathan (Tracy) Herron; two daughters, Elaine (Don) Cravens and Laura (Jeff) Dixon; and several grand and great-grandchildren.  Private services will be held.  Arrangements and care were provided by Lauck & Veldhof Funeral & Cremation Services.
