Dennis J Baar

Dennis J. Baar, age 60, died on Saturday, October 20, 2018. From his birth in Indianapolis, on August 8, 1958 until his death on Saturday, he nourished the people around him with love and creativity. He was born to the late Robert G. Baar and Angela M. Baar. He entered this world along with his identical twin brother, Daniel; and was one of 11 brothers and sisters.

Dennis enjoyed creating art along with his twin brother. His medium ranged from ceramics, painting to living art (horticulture). He will be remembered for living his life the way he wanted to. He earned a living by working for Diamond Chain as well as working with plants for indoor and outdoor clients.

He is survived by his twin brother, Daniel Baar; and six other siblings, Peggy Trickle, Bill Baar (Peggy), Bob Baar (Cher); Joan Reese, Suzanne Treadwell (Charles), and Chris Baar. He is also survived by numerous extended family and close friends.

Aside from his parents, Dennis was preceded in death by three siblings, Ramona, Juli and Mark.

A gathering of friends will be held on Thursday, November 1, 2018 from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. in  Lauck & Veldhof Funeral & Cremation Services (1458 South Meridian Street).
