E. Josephine (Warner) Mervar

E. Josephine Mervar, 95, of Indianapolis, passed away on February 4, 2018.  She was born on December 10, 1922 in Alpine, Indiana to the late Ira and Ella (Vanatta) Warner.  Josephine was a long time member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church where she volunteered as a poticha baker.  She loved to travel, was a seamstress and enjoyed spending time with her family.  Survivors include her sons, Michael (Karen) Kuehn and Larry (Robin) Mervar; seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by husbands, Howard Kuehn and Albert Mervar; son, Tom Mervar; and brother, Gilbert Warner.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, February 9, 2018 at 11 a.m. in Sacred Heart Catholic Church with visitation prior to the service from 9 to 11 a.m.  Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery.  Online condolences may be shared with the family at www.lauckfuneralhome.com
