Jereth Blake Verdon- Tittle, age 27, of Indianapolis, died on Friday, June 21, 2019 in Lafayette in a freak accident. He was born on September 11, 1991 in Chattanooga, TN.

Jereth Blake will be remembered for his magnetic personality and uplifting presence. Jereth Blake enjoyed animals, all things motor sport related, and all kinds of music. His greatest joy was spending time with the people he loved, and making an adventure out of everything in life.

He is survived by his husband, Andrew James (Andy) Burdeski; his mother, Lovella(Maria) Verdon; his fathers, Randy and Tab Pulliam; his brother, Coty Allen Cranfield; his sister, Brianna Lane Bailey. He is also survived by numerous extended family and close friends across the country.

Celebration of life will be held at the home of Tab and Randy Pulliam on Saturday, June 29, 2019 from 4:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m.
