Leatrice J (Fravel) Campbell

Leatrice Joyce Campbell, 74, of Indianapolis died on Sunday, April 1, 2018 at her home. She was born in Mt. Carmel, Illinois on February 5, 1944 to the late Benjamin and Mary Grace Fravel.

Leatrice worked as an administrator for the state of Indiana. She also lived in Sheboygan, WI for over 20 years. She enjoyed music and was known for her beautiful singing voice; she also enjoyed dancing.

She is survived by her two sons, Steven Roethel (Kari) and Scott Roethel (April), both of Sheboygan, WI; her two daughters, Tracy Webber (Michael Pettet) and Wendy Roethel (Robert Sandefur), both of Indianapolis; her two siblings, Ronnie Fravel (Jan) of Tacoma, WA and Cynthia Fravel of Indianapolis; as well as numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. She is also survived by numerous extended family and close friends. Aside from her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Andrea Roethel; and three brothers, Connie, Roger and Robert Fravel.

A celebration of Joyce’s life will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, April 20, 2018 in the Lauck & Veldhof Funeral & Cremation Services (1458 South Meridian Street, Indianapolis, IN 46225) with a visitation held from 11:00 a.m. until the beginning of services. Burial: Mt. Pleasant Cemetery.
