Nemecio Garcia Mondragon, 39, of Indianapolis, passed away on Saturday, November 4, 2017.  He was born on May 8, 1978 in Ciudad Hidalgo, Michoacán, Mexico to Moises Garcia Segura and Maria Mondragon Soto.  Survivors include his wife, Elva Vega Alcala; children, Maria Guadalupe Garcia Vega (11), Jose Moises Garcia Vega (8) and Oscar Fernando Garcia Vega; and brother, Juan Gabriel Garcia Mondragon.  Family and friends will gather on Friday, November 18, 2017 from 10 a.m. to 12 noon in Lauck & Veldhof Funeral & Cremation Services, 1458 S. Meridian St.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, November 18, 2017 at 1:30 p.m. in St. Anthony Catholic Church with burial to follow in Memorial Park Cemetery.  Arrangements: Lauck & Veldhof Funeral & Cremation Services.
