Sharon L. Wyatt, 64, of Indianapolis passed away on Wednesday, March 6, 2019. She was born on July 17, 1954 in Indianapolis to the late Robert and Patricia Shirrell.
She provided for her family by working at Kroger as a deli clerk. She will be remembered for her selflessness towards everyone; her motivation for everything was helping others. Sharon also was a skilled crafter; painting, knitting, jewelry making, and designing photo albums were a few of the many crafts she made.
She is survived by her three loving daughters, Dawn Burton (Joe) of Martinsville, Nichole Shirrell of Indianapolis, and Deanna Wollenhaupt (Eric) of Tega Cay, SC; her step daughter, Christina Martin; her longtime companion, Kenneth Martin; her six siblings, Gary Shirrell, Robert Jr. “Bobby” Shirrell, Sandra Vanover, Susan Barnes, Randy Shirrell and Stephen Shirrell. She is also survived by 11 granddaughters and 3 grandsons, and 4 great granddaughters and 2 great grandsons, along with numerous extended family and close friends.
Sharon was preceded in death by her husband John Wyatt; and a brother, Mark E. Shirrell.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 9, 2019 at 3:00 p.m. in the Cottage Avenue Pentacostal Fellowship (840 E. Cottage Ave, Indianapolis, IN 46203.
