Susan “Susie” L. Edwards, 70, of Nashville, passed away on July 10, 2018. She was born on February 26, 1948 in Indianapolis to the late Albert Scott and Corene Elizabeth (Payne) Keller.
Susie was a graduate of Shortridge High School and had a love for music; she could play a wide assortment of instruments from the piano and guitar to the violin. She sang with the Columbus Philharmonic Orchestra and was a member of Christ the Savior Orthodox Church in Nashville. Susie was a devoted vegetarian, runner and cyclist; and also widely considered the original templet for the energizer bunny. She could get more done in a day than anyone and was fiercely devoted to her family.
Survivors include her loving husband, Stephen E. Edwards; children, Kevin MacPherson and Candace MacPherson; siblings, Jerri (Dale) Robbins, Joyce (Mark) McDonald and Jenny Jackson; and grandchildren, Matthew MacPherson and Hayden Newcomer.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 12, 2018 from 1 to 2 p.m. in The Joy of All Who Sorrow Orthodox Christian Church, with funeral services following at 2 p.m. Burial: Holy Transfiguration Orthodox Cemetery, Crawfordsville, Indiana.
