Terry Allen Dodrill

Terry Allen Dodrill, 69, of Indianapolis, passed away on Wednesday, April 18, 2018.  He was born on March 9, 1949 in Indianapolis to the late Frank P. and Helen (Johnson) Dodrill. 

Terry served two terms of duty in the United States Army during the Vietnam War.  He enjoyed slot cars, music, computers, fishing and most of all, his family.

Survivors include his sons, Russell A. Dodrill (wife, Elizabeth) and Richard E. Dodrill (wife, Amber); sisters, Raylene Strait, Penny Kelly, Bonnie Brown, Vicki Vermillion (husband, Mike) and Anita Collier; brother, Mike Thomas (wife, Jessie); grandchildren, Jennie Dodrill-Roberts, Terry Dodrill, Elizabeth Dodrill, Jake Brown (Chelsea), Kayla Bolling, Anthony Brown, Thomas Combs, Shania Redd and Anthony Conder; and three great-grandchildren. 

He was preceded in death by his parents; his beloved wife, Diana Kay (Kizzee) Dodrill; and daughter, Sue Ann Dodrill. 

Family and friends will gather on Wednesday, May 9, 2018 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. in Lauck & Veldhof Funeral & Cremation Services, 1458 S. Meridian St., with a service at 1 p.m.  The burial will follow services in Forest Lawn Memory Gardens with full military honors.
