Thomas Paul Scott, 21, of Indianapolis, passed away on Monday, August 21, 2017.  He was born on June 30, 1996 in Indianapolis and raised by his parents, Fred Byford Fleener, III and Alicia N. (Scott) Fleener.  Thomas loved his video games, enjoyed his puppies and hanging out with family and friends.  He didn’t let his disabilities slow him down, he also enjoyed riding around the neighborhood in his electric chair visiting neighbors.  Survivors include his loving parents, Fred and Alicia Fleener, III; brother, Timothy Scott (Rachel Porter); sister, Krystalen Fleener (Brandon Williams); grandparents, Joe and Magalene Estep and Fred Fleener, II; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.  He was preceded in death a brother, Fred Byford Fleener, IV; and grandparents, Sandy and Pop Les Scott.  A celebration of Thomas’s life will take place on Saturday, August 26, 2017 at 1 p.m. in Lauck & Veldhof Funeral & Cremation Services (1458 South Meridian Street, Indianapolis IN 46225) with calling from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. prior to the service.  Online condolences may be shared with the family at www.lauckfuneralhome.com
