Beverly Ann (LaShure) Sparks

Beverly Ann (LaShure) Sparks, 84, passed away Thursday, February 8, 2024 at her Indianapolis residence. The daughter of Evelyn LaShure, Beverly was born Thursday, November 9, 1939 in Indianapolis.

A homemaker, Beverly enjoyed playing Bingo. She also would put in a sizeable garden to grow tomatoes, cucumbers, green beans, corn – all the good and healthy vegetables.

Beverly is survived by her four daughters, Sharon K. Hatchett, Barbara Ann (Denzel) Buckler, Brenda S. Cox and Tina (Bill) Watson; 10 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by her husband, Dwight L. Sparks; two sons, Danny Lee Sparks and David Wayne Sparks; her sisters, Mary Smith and Peggy Stansberry and three stepbrothers, Ellis Morrow, Tommy Morrow and Mikey Morrow.

Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, February 13, 2024 in Lauck & Veldhof Funeral & Cremation Services, 1458 South Meridian Street., Indianapolis. Visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday, February 12, 2024 at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery, Indianapolis.
