Obituary
Brandon Faler Spitler, 28, of Indianapolis and formerly Colorado Springs, passed away from a tragic weightlifting accident Wednesday, July 5, 2023. He was born July 22, 1994, in Colorado Springs, Colorado, to Tracy Spitler and Valerie Faler; both survive. Brandon is also survived by his brother Quinton Spitler of Penrose, Colorado, his grandmother Donna Spitler of Findlay, Ohio, and numerous loving aunts, uncles and cousins.
Brandon was a 2013 graduate from Discovery Canyon Campus School. In 2017, he graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder with multiple Dean’s List awards and degrees including accounting, finance, computer science and a minor in math. Brandon was a software engineer at FAST Enterprises. He had an entrepreneurial vision and planned to one day start his own technology company.
Running, biking, working out and chess were some of his favorite activities. Environmentally conscience. he walked, ran or rode his bike to work every day. He was kind-hearted and loved animals, especially his pets and elephants. Brandon will forever be missed by his family, as well friends and co-workers.
