Brandy Nicole Doss

Brandy Nicole Doss, 42, of Indianapolis, Indiana, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, July 25, 2026.

Born on March 20, 1984, in Indianapolis, Indiana, Brandy was the beloved daughter of Michael Thomas Doss and Tammy Rae (Wheeler) Doss.

Brandy was a beautiful soul with a generous heart who never hesitated to help someone in need. She had a natural gift for connecting with people and was known for her kindness, compassion, and fun-loving spirit. She loved to laugh, enjoyed spending time with family and friends, and made lasting memories wherever she went.

She especially loved shopping, particularly finding great deals on Temu, and rarely turned down a trip for fast food or an ice-cold Mt. Dew. Brandy would be the first to admit that cooking was not one of her talents, and those who knew her often smiled about that. Her favorite color was purple, and she found joy in music and everything about the fall season. She loved the comforting scents of cinnamon, pumpkin, and apple, which always reminded her of her favorite time of year.

More than anything, Brandy cherished her family. Her greatest joy was being a mother and grandmother. She dearly loved her children and adored her granddaughter, Zhae'Lynn, who brought endless happiness and pride to her life.

Brandy will be remembered for her beautiful smile, her caring heart, and her willingness to help anyone in need. Though her life ended far too soon, the love she shared and the memories she created will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.

Brandy is lovingly survived by her parents, Michael Thomas Doss and Tammy Rae (Wheeler) Doss; her children, Dylan (Zhae) Fox, Ethan Doss, and Adysan (Jalena) Fox; and her beloved granddaughter, Zhae'Lynn. She also leaves behind many other cherished relatives and dear friends who will forever miss her.

A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, August 2, 2026, from 2 to 5 p.m. in Lauck & Veldhof Funeral & Cremation Services, 1458 S. Meridian St., Indianapolis. 

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Brandy's memory to Riley Children's Hospital or the Franciscan Alliance Foundation.  Envelopes will be provided at the funeral home.

Brandy's love, laughter, and generous spirit will remain in the hearts of all who were blessed to know her. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
