Caran Elizabeth Allen

Caran Elizabeth Allen, age 50, of Indianapolis, passed away on Friday, September 4, 2020.  She was born on December 16, 1969 in Indianapolis to Walter Curtis Allen and Martha June (Patterson) Allen.

Caran was a devoted and loving mother to her two daughters, they were always her first priority.  Faced with many of life’s challenges, she was resilient and always had a way of overcoming.  She had a huge heart and was always willing to share what she had with her family and friends.

Survivors include her beloved daughters, Madison Elizabeth Hare and Victoria “Tori” Allen-Hare; mother, Martha June Allen; siblings, Ronnie Allen, David Allen, Jackie McMillan (Roger), Jon Allen, Pam Meier (Rory), Walter Allen, Tammy Bryant (Martin), James Allen (Shellie), Greg Allen and Lori Allen-Harkins; life-long friend, Robert “Bobby” Smith; and eighteen nieces and nephews. 

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, services will be private for the family in Lauck & Veldhof Funeral & Cremation Services. 

In lieu of flowers, contributions to assist the family with final arrangements would be gratefully appreciated.
