Carly Kay Dugger

Carly Kay Dugger, 26, of Indianapolis, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, September 23, 2022, a few days after giving birth to her son, Roman.  She was born on March 28, 1996, to Richard Curtis and Becky Jean (Songer) Dugger; her father, Curt, preceded her in death.

Carly graduated from Decatur Central High School, class of 2014, and had attended Ivy Tech Community College.  She loved to sing, was outgoing and had a bubbly and fun personality.  She enjoyed music, was a good mother and loved children.  Carly touched so many lives and will be greatly missed. 

Survivors include her loving mother, Becky Dugger; children, Ares and Roman and their father, Scott Fox; grandmother, Mary Alice Schuller; sisters, Destinee Dugger and Natalie Dugger; brother-in-law, Matt Smith; and nieces, NiRiyonna and Nakiyah. 

Family and friends will gather on Saturday, October 1, 2022, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. in Lauck & Veldhof Funeral & Cremation Services, 1458 S. Meridian St., with a service celebrating her life at 1 p.m.
