Cheryl Lynn (Parker) Hardy

Cheryl Lynn (Parker) Hardy, 64, of Indianapolis, passed away on Tuesday, September 28, 2021.  She was born on Friday, September 27,1957 in Indianapolis to the late Charles Lester and Mary Ellen (Banister) Parker.

Having a passion for photography, led to a career as a freelance photographer, having worked with the Indianapolis Police Department, the Noblesville Ledger and The Indianapolis Star.  She earned an associate degree from Ivy Tech Community College, a bachelor’s degree from Indiana Wesleyan University and was pursuing her MBA through the University of Phoenix.

Survivors include her son, Matthew T. Hardy of Greenwood; siblings, Richard “Rick” (Nita) Aldridge of Plainfield, Charles “Chuck” Parker of New York, Roberta (Matt) Czap of Delaware and Mary Prater; four grandchildren, Michael, Nathan, Jacob and Kaleb.

Fr. Todd Goodson will celebrate a Memorial Mass at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, October 16, 2021 in Our Lady of the Greenwood, 335 South Meridian Street, Greenwood, Indiana 46143, of which she was a member.
