Obituary
Claude Jay McIntosh, Jr., 42, of Indianapolis, passed away unexpectedly at home on Saturday, February 25, 2023. He was born on November 2, 1980 to Claude Jay McIntosh, Sr. and Angella Kay (Duncan) McIntosh; both survive.
Jay was a very handy person who enjoyed building speaker cabinets with his father and in being an electrician. More recently, he helped care for his father while his mother was at work to make sure he had his meds and did what he needed to do; his father called him his "little soldier."
Survivors include his parents, Claude Sr. and Angella; sons, Claude J. “Trey” McIntosh, III and Shawn Henley; and granddaughter, Aurilla.
A Prayer Service will be celebrated on Tuesday, March 7, 2023 at 11 a.m. in Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 1530 Union Street, Indianapolis with Fr. Duc Pham, OFM.
