Cory Clayton Cutting

Cory Clayton Cutting, 44, of Indianapolis, passed away on Monday, January 16, 2023.  He was born on April 1, 1978, in Ft. Knox, Kentucky to James Earl and Brenda Jane (Ray) Cutting.  He attended Ben Davis High School and worked as a concrete finisher. 

Cory belonged to the Concrete Finishers Union through Wilhelm Construction.  He was known as a hard worker, friendly, happy and he never met a stranger.  He was an avid Colts fan and cared deeply about his family and friends.  He was born on April Fools’ Day and was a big joker that loved to make people laugh.  He will be truly missed.

Survivors include his son, Dylan Cutting; father, James Cutting; sister, Colleen Jeffries; niece, Kelsey Keller; and stepson, Kyle Jordan.  He was preceded in death by his mother, Brenda Jane Cutting; and son, Trenton John Clifton-Cutting. 

Cory will be cremated and a celebration of life will be held in the Spring.
