David M. Stephens

David M. Stephens, of Baltimore, Maryland, has found peace in the arms of the Lord after departing this world on April 13, 2025. Born on July 4, 1972 to Mark and Kathleen G. Stephens of Indianapolis, David was a graduate of North Central High School and Purdue University.

Through a variety of jobs (including a memorable stint in a race car pit  crew) David took pride in doing work that helped others. His unmistakable laugh, big and infectious, will be sorely missed by his friends, family, coworkers, and fellow members of Perry Hall Family Worship Center in Perry Hall, Maryland.

David is survived by his father; his brother Greg (Carol) Stephens; sisters Colleen (Dustin) New,  Jocelyn (Adam) Searcy, Jacqueline (John) Zangrilli; and many others in his large, loving family. He was preceded in death by his mother and nephew.

Visitation will be held at St. Pius X Catholic Church (7200 Sarto Dr., Indpls., IN 46240) on Wednesday, April 30, 2025, beginning at 10:00 a.m. A Memorial Mass of Christian Burial for David will follow at 12 p.m. All are invited to pray the Rosary with the family before the service.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Goodwill of Central & Southern Indiana (goodwillindy.org) and the International Dyslexia Association (dyslexiaida.org).
