Diane Kay (Fitzgerald) Hancock

Diane Kay Hancock, 69, of Greenfield, passed away on Wednesday, March 15, 2023.  She was born on August 9, 1953, in Indianapolis, to the late William and Dorothy (Masters) Fitzgerald. 

Diane worked for years as a retail manager for several different stores. She was a great cook and enjoyed cooking huge meals for her family. She loved celebrating birthdays and holidays with her family and friends. She was always very giving to everyone.  She enjoyed playing Farmville, watching Judge Judy and shopping.  She loved spending time with her kids and grandkids, who lovingly called her Mammy, more than anything and they will truly miss her. 

Survivors include her husband, Douglas Hancock; children, Jason (Stacy) Massey and Erin Mason; brother, Larry (Todd) Fitzgerald; sister, Debbie (Charlie) Teschendorf; sister-in-law, Vicki Fitzgerald; and grandchildren, Bell Mason aka Goose, Jenifer (Wil) Mitchell and Saira Massey; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.  She was preceded in death by her parents, and brother, Mike Fitzgerald. 

A celebration of life will be announced soon.
