Eloise Dianne (Deem) Pedigo, 79, of Indianapolis, passed away on Thursday, June 13, 2024, in Franciscan St. Francis Hospital. The daughter of Lloyd E. and Elsie F. (Toschlog) Deem, Eloise was born on Sunday, June 25, 1944, in Richmond, Indiana.
For 30 plus years, she worked as a sales representative and eventually as a district manager for Avon, retiring in 2005.
Raised in the Catholic faith, Eloise enjoyed reading, traveling, cooking and spending quality time with her family – especially the grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Eloise is survived by her daughter, Deborah A. Pedigo; brother, James Deem; sisters, Carol Kirby and Joanne Deem; grandchildren, Ashlee Pedigo, Kevin Pedigo and Tiffany Phelps; and great-grandchildren, Natallie Evey, Madelyn Baker, Mason Baker, Rylie Phelps and Westin Phelps. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Orval Lee Pedigo, whom she married on Saturday, August 11, 1962; sons, William O. and David R. Pedigo; brothers, John, Robert, Kenneth and Michael Deem.
Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 p.m. Friday, June 21, 2024, in Lauck & Veldhof Funeral & Cremation Services, 1458 S. Meridian St., where family and friends may call after 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home. Burial will follow in New Crown Cemetery, Indianapolis.
