Jim Meunier
INDIANAPOLIS-James Edward Meunier, aka Mooney, age 75, passed away during his sleep on July 23, after suffering the effects of multiple strokes over the last several years. Jim was born August 12, 1949, to Arthur and Frances (nee Scherer) Meunier in Indianapolis.
Jim attended Lourdes and Little Flower grade schools and Scecina High School. He then attended Ball State University before graduating with a degree in Transportation and Logistics from Indiana Business College.
Jim excelled in numerous sports from baseball to tennis, golf to basketball. He was an avid golfer learning to play at Pleasant Run and was a familiar face with his long-time friends: Combsy, Miller, Kinger and LJ.
He was the owner of Meunier Wallcoverings and also worked in real estate for Assist2Sell. He loved reading spy, detective and other thrillers with Robert Ludlum as his favorite author.
Jim is survived by his son, Mike Meunier (Brittany), grandchildren Adelynn, Leo and Vincent, sister Catherine and Kim Hoffman, nephew Alex Hoffman. He was predeceased by his brother David Meunier (Barb).
