Jeffery W. Hartfield

Jeffery W. Hartfield, 52, of Indianapolis, passed away on Friday, May 10, 2024, at Indiana University Methodist Hospital.  He was born on November 4, 1971, in Indianapolis, to Gwen (Townsend) Morgan. 

Jeff was a graduate of George Washington High School, class of 1992.  He attended Vincennes University and graduated from the Culinary Program with Second Helpings in Indianapolis.  He worked for the Flatwater Restaurant in Broad Ripple for the past nine years and worked for Iozzo’s Garden of Italy.  Second Helpings always remained important to Jeff, he was a very dedicated volunteer with their programs and fundraisers.

Survivors include his daughters, Resha Hartfield and Chantel Hartfield; brother, John Hartfield; nephew, Jalon Hartfield; and his work families at Flatwater and Iozzo’s.    

A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, June 2, 2024 from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. in the Flatwater Restaurant, 832 E. Westfield Blvd. Indianapolis IN 46220.
