Jennifer Christine (Cook) Busone July 7, 1976 – June 12, 2023

Jennifer Christine (Cook) Busone, 46, of Indianapolis, In. passed away on June 12th, 2023 after a brief illness.  Jennifer was born July 7,1976 to Larry Wayne Cook (deceased) and Vickie Lynn Mann.

Jennifer grew up in Indianapolis and Monrovia with her brothers, sisters, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. She first attended Monrovia high school and later graduated from George Washington high school. Jennifer later went on to study at Ivy Technical College.

Jennifer married, Robert Anthony Busone, in April 2017. Jennifer is survived by her husband Robert, her two sons, Alexandro Cook and Elijah Cook, her daughter Elexus May Wilson and grandchildren Zoey Dawn Wilson and Marcelline Iris Harley.

Jennifer’s family members who will also miss her include her Aunt Judy Cook who has always been especially close to her, her brothers Lawrence Cook, Adam Cook and Jonah Mann, and her sisters Mirah Landis, Millie Mann and Bobbi Mann Huennekens, her sister-in-law Genie K. Busone, and her nephew Austin Busone Greene, who also resided with Jennifer and Robert.

Jennifer was a member of the Local 18 Heating and Frost Insulator’s Union for over 16 years; she previously worked as a corrections officer. She will be missed by the many friends and coworkers she maintained throughout her career. Jennifer enjoyed dancing and having fun with her friends. She also had a love for Mexico where the father of her sons’ and his family still resides.

Memorial Services will be held at the Local 18 Heating and Frost Union Hall at 1220 E Epler Ave, Indianapolis, In 46227 on (Sunday, August 27, at 1:00 pm -5pm).
