Jeremiah "Jeremy" Jesse Payton

Jeremiah “Jeremy” Jesse Payton, 32, of Indianapolis, passed away on Saturday, November 18, 2023.  He was born on July 22, 1991, in Beech Grove to Jesse Ralph Payton, Jr. and Catina Gray; both survive.

Jeremy had a lot of talents, he could draw, loved to tattoo, and he was good at cutting hair.  He had a good sense of humor and could be funny, he had a big heart and was always willing to help.  Jeremy was blessed with a big family that loved him dearly and he loved them back even more, he will be truly missed.

Survivors include his father, Jesse Payton Jr. (Michelle Hunger); mother, Catina Gray (Edgar Hernandez); daughter, Raelyn Rose Payton; and siblings, Duece Gray and Tosha Gray. 

Family and friends will gather on Wednesday, November 22 from 12 noon to 3 p.m. in Lauck & Veldhof Funeral & Cremation Services, 1458 S. Meridian St., Indianapolis.  A service celebrating his life will follow at 3 p.m.
