Jose Antonio Fernando Galindo, II, 20, of Indianapolis, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, March 8, 2020 in Franciscan Health Hospital. He was born on September 5, 1999 in Indianapolis to Jose Roberto Galindo and Tina Lynn (Crabtree) Galindo.
Jose was a 2019 graduate of Southport High School and he loved his new job at the Waffle House in Beech Grove. He absolutely loved all his pets and he was a natural with children, babysitting for relatives often. He was always up for an adventure and when invited to tag along he was the first one out the door. Jose had a very close relationship with all his brothers and loved going to the gun range with them. He also enjoyed board games, fishing and tattoos; each had a very special meaning to him.
Survivors include his loving parents, Jose and Tina Galindo; siblings, Lenville Galindo, Cynthia Galindo, Jesus Galindo, Juan Galindo, Demetrick Bryant, Jaylen Caldwell, Jashawn Caldwell and Terrance Redmond; paternal grandparents, Felipe Galindo and Juliana Amador; and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Services will be private and by invitation only due to the state of emergency declared by Governor Eric Holcomb. No gathering is to exceed 50 people as declared by this state of emergency or the Centers for Disease Control. The Corona Virus or COVID-19 is nothing to take lightly and the family and funeral home thank you for your cooperation.
