Judy Kay Wilkins, 75, of Indianapolis, passed away on Tuesday, November 7, 2023, at The Springs of Mooresville. She was born on March 31, 1948, in Milan, Indiana, to the late Harry Bond Cottingham and Lois Evelyn (Ashcraft) Cottingham. She married the love of her life, Leo Theodore Wilkins, on March 23, 1968; he survives.

Judy was a graduate of Milan High School, class of 1966. She will be remembered as a loving wife and mother who loved to read and knit, she will be missed.

Survivors include her loving husband of 55 years, Leo T. Wilkins; daughter, Christina (Gary) Fortner; grandchildren, Austin, Felicity, Dakota, Shelby and Hunter; great-grandchildren, Allie, Giovanni, Leonardo, Alejandro, Cheyenne, Noah, Layla and Aurora.
