Karen Ann (Willoughby) Hendrickson

Karen Ann Hendrickson, 47, of Indianapolis, passed away on Friday, November 5, 2021.  She was born on May 14, 1974 in Indianapolis to James Willoughby and Rebecca Eaton. 

Karen attended Emmerich Manual High School and Ivy Tech.  She earned a bachelors degree and was most recently employed with Amazon.  Karen was a loving and devoted mother, supporting her children in everything they did.  She always made the most out of any situation and was very outgoing.  She enjoyed riding her motorcycle, being outside and gardening.  She will truly be missed.

Survivors include her children, Starlanda Gail Hendrickson, Jason Edward Hendrickson, Jr. and Seairra Marie Hendrickson (fiancé, Amber Shipman); father, James Willoughby; mother, Rebecca Eaton; siblings, James Willoughby, II, Jaime Paul (James), Jessica Willoughby, Jeannie Willoughby and Jason Willoughby; grand-dogs, Diamond, Tron, Jupiter, Mercury and Axle; and grand-cat, Bubba.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 13, 2021 from 1 to 3 p.m. with a service following at 3 p.m. in Lauck & Veldhof Funeral & Cremation Services, 1458 S. Meridian St.  Pastor Jed Fuller will be conducting the service.
