Kenneth “Lil Kenny” Floyd Rice, II, 41, of Indianapolis, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, May 31, 2021. He was born on August 21, 1979 in Beech Grove to Kenneth Floyd Rice, I. and Linda (Hull) Knipp. He was a devoted and loving father to his two children and loved spending time with his family.
Kenny worked for Cougar Bag in Mooresville, Indiana for 20 years; he also enjoyed investing in real estate, working in the asphalt business with his brother and he learned the roofing trade from his father. He enjoyed working and was a real “prankster.”
Survivors include his children, Isiah Rice and Aaliyah Anderson; parents, Linda (John) Knipp and Kenny Rice; siblings, Wes (Donna) Rice, Tammy (Carl) Morgan, David (Doris) Rice, Raymond E. Elkins, Jr., Tonya Hull, Tyson Hull, Andrea Richardson, Billie (Kris) Stanfield and George (Marissa) Milburn; and many nieces and nephews.
Family and friends will gather on Monday, June 7, 2021 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. in Lauck & Veldhof Funeral & Cremation Services, 1458 S. Meridian St. Funeral services will follow at 2 p.m. Burial: Floral Park Cemetery.
