Larry Lee Fields

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Larry L. Fields, father, grandfather, and loyal member of the community. Larry left this world on October 18, 2023, leaving behind a legacy that will forever be etched in the hearts of those who knew him.

Born on December 28, 1938, in Connersville, Indiana, Larry was the son of Wayne and Sarah Fields. He spent his formative years in Indianapolis, where he forged enduring friendships and laid the foundation for a life of service, fellowship, and faith.

Larry graduated from Ben Davis High School with the Class of 1957. He was a lifelong member and deacon at Fleming Garden Christian Church, where he found a sense of belonging. In addition, he held several leadership roles at Lynhurst Masonic Lodge #723 F&AM and was a member of the Scottish Rite. His dedication to the principles of Masonry was a testament to his commitment to the betterment of humanity and the pursuit of wisdom.

Larry leaves behind his daughters and grandchildren. He will forever be remembered for his fellowship, his sense of duty, and his love for his family and community. His presence will be missed, but his spirit will continue with us all.

In accordance with Larry's wishes, he will be cremated, and no formal service will be held. The family extends their gratitude for the support and condolences received during this time. May he rest in eternal peace.
