Louise Estelle Cook

Louise Estelle Cook, 50, of Indianapolis, passed away on Wednesday, January 29, 2025.  She was born on April 2, 1974, in Springfield, Tennessee, to the late Jimmy Virgil Cook and Jerry (Williams) Shearer.

Louise worked in traffic control with utility/construction companies prior to going on disability.  She loved to play games on her phone, do arts and crafts, and spend time with her dogs.  Louise had a great sense of humor and was always positive no matter what she was going through in her life and in her health.  She will be missed by her large and extended family. 

Survivors include the father that raised her, Charles Shearer; her siblings, Elaine (Jimmy), Sandy (Jeremy), Amanda (Chris), Anthony, Charles (Kacy), Elizabeth (Jordan), Marissa (Tyler), Angelina, Matthew, Brandon and Malina; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.  She was preceded in death by her parents, sister Kim and her beloved dog, JJ.   

A private family service was held on Tuesday, February 11, 2025, in Lauck & Veldhof Funeral & Cremation Services.
