Mary Frances (Washburn) Griner

Mary F. Griner, born June 1st, 1947 entered into her eternal rest on January 8th after an extended illness.

Daughter of William Floyd and Mary Roberta Washburn, wife of Jeff, mother to William Sparks, a grandmother to Eran, and great-grandmother to two, she made an impact which will live in our hearts forever.

Mary retired from the Indiana Department of Motor Vehicles in 2016 and was enjoying her well deserved retirement with Jeff. A long time Pacers and Colts fan, you would have been hard pressed to find her missing a televised game. Her friends and family will never forget her infectious laugh and beaming smile. As the best that can be said for any life, she will be greatly missed and our lives are diminished without her.

Cremation services are entrusted to Lauck and Veldhof Funeral Home. A Celebration of Life is being planned for a later date.
