Murugan Kanapathy

Murugan Kanapathy, 56, of Indianapolis, and formerly of Burma, passed away on Sunday, October 5, 2025 at Community Hospital South.  He was born in Yangon, Myanmar on January 15, 1969.  

Murugan had worked for Amazon and was a beloved husband, father and grandfather.  

He is survived by his wife, Devi Krishna; children, Letchumanan Murugan and Maheswary Murugan; and several grandchildren.  

A Buddhist Prayer service was conducted at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, October 7, 2025, in Lauck & Veldhof Funeral & Cremation Services, and cremation followed services in keeping with tradition.
