Sergio Lozano (June) San Agustin, 78, of Indianapolis passed away on Sunday, May 3, 2020. He was born on May 14, 1941 in Zamboanga City, Philippines to the late Sergio and Felicidad (Lozano) San Agustin.
Sergio graduated from Zamboanga City Central Elementary in 1956 and Southern College of Commerce in 1960. He worked as a parking attendant. Sergio and his wife, Catherine, were former members of St. Roch Catholic Church.
Survivors include his loving wife of 39 years, Catherine (Fox) San Agustin; daughter, Kathryn (Creston) Burks; son, Brandon (Linda) San Agustin; sisters, Sonia Carpio, Dolores San Agustin; nieces and nephews; and grandchildren, Kai San Agustin, Evelyn San Agustin, Karmen San Agustin, Penelope San Agustin, Bruce San Agustin, Mariam San Agustin, Myles Burks and Dorien Burks.
He is preceded in death by his parents; and brothers Ramón and Eulalio.
Sergio was a loving husband, dad, papaw, brother, uncle and friend. He enjoyed karaoke, building things, gardening, spending time with his family and adored his grandchildren. Sergio was a man of God who blessed the lives of everyone he met.
Private burial will take place in Calvary Cemetery due to the Covid-19 pandemic. When permitted, a memorial Mass will be celebrated in the near future at St. Roch Catholic Church with Father Hunter presiding.
