Zackary “Zack” Charles Wilson Purvis, age 19, died tragically on March 10, 2022 after being involved in a car crash in Harrison Township near Lewisburg, Ohio on I-70. He was born on November 7, 2002 in Indianapolis to Crystal Lynn Purvis and Keith Crouch Sr and was raised on Union Street.
Zack was part owner and managed M & D Tree Service and enjoyed playing video games like Apex. He loved hanging out with friends and cooking for his grandmother; he was especially good at “struggle meals” when the budget was tight. He loved Mexican food and listening to music. Zack had a smile that would light up a room. He will forever be missed by tons of people!
Survivors include his mother, Crystal Lynn Purvis; father, Keith Couch Sr; the love of his life, Cierra Marie; grandmothers, Mary Taylor and Debbie Purvis; siblings, Christopher Peyton (Leah McCallister), Dalton McCutcheon (Sydney Parker), Noah Horn (Andra Rhynes), Keith Crouch Jr. “Fish”, Wyatt Crouch, Ryder Crouch and Riley Crouch, Solon Thomas “Mark”, Adam Didier, and Jose “Bean” Alvarado; and a host of family and friends. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Marion Purvis.
Family and friends will gather on Tuesday, March 22 from 2 to 6 p.m. in Lauck & Veldhof Funeral & Cremation Services. A service honoring his life will take place on Wednesday, March 23 at 11 a.m. Burial will follow in Concordia Cemetery.
