Ernestine “Tina” Lois Vance, 58, Indianapolis, passed away on September 16, 2016.  She was born on October 13, 1957 in Indianapolis, IN to the late Palmer G. Clark and Julia L. Hedge.  She was preceded in death by her parents; her loving husband, Joseph Vance; and brother, Rusty “Bear” Clark. Tina was a great cook, who loved to read, do puzzles, and enjoyed coloring to pass the time. She also had a great sense of humor and helped carry on a long time inside joke with the family, “bananas, bananas, my hat, my hat.” Survivors include her children, David W. Tatum Sr. (Jennifer), Tammi R. Owens, and Deanna D. Cleaver; brother, Tag Griffin (Gina); and grandchildren, Brandi Tatum, Ashley Lawson, David Tatum Jr., Brianna Lawson, and Jazmyne Oliver. Family and friends will gather on Saturday, September 24, 2016 for a private gathering at the home of her daughter, Tammi Owens. Arrangements and care were provided by Lauck & Veldhof Funeral & Cremation Services.
