Jodie Belyew Baker, 52, of Indianapolis, passed away on Monday, November 28, 2016.  She was born on September 15, 1964 to Philip A. and Susan L. (Gray) Belyew in Livonia, Michigan. 

She attended Kennesaw State University and was most recently the Executive Director of the Mid-North Shepherd Center.  Jodie was an active member of the Columbia Club and served on the House, Long Range Planning and Membership Committees.   She served on several boards, some of which were the United Methodist Women, Lucille Raines Residence, Inc. and Metro Ministries, Inc.   Jodie also enjoyed being an active member of North United Methodist Church. 

She is survived by her sons, David Douglas Baker and Daniel Philip Baker; parents, Philip A. and Susan L. Belyew; and brother, Philip Belyew (wife, Kathryn). 

Family and friends will gather on Thursday, December 1, 2016 at 10 a.m. in the parlor of North United Methodist Church, 3808 N. Meridian Street, prior to the memorial service at 11 a.m. in the sanctuary.
