Fred Byford Fleener, IV, 22, of Indianapolis, passed away on Saturday, November 14, 2015.  He was born on July 11, 1993 to Fred Byford Fleener, III and Alicia N. (Scott) Fleener in Indianapolis.  He is survived by his parents, Fred, III and Alicia Fleener; sister, Krystalen Fleener; brothers, Timothy and Thomas Scott; grandparents, Joe and Magalene Estep and Fred Fleener, II; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.  Family and friends will gather on Saturday, November 21 from 2 to 4 p.m. in Lauck & Veldhof Funeral & Cremation Services, 1458 S.
